On Thursday, May 27, 2010, Mount Vernon Monetary Management Corp and its Affiliates (“the Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

    Although each Debtor entity has filed a separate petition for bankruptcy petition, the Bankruptcy Court has directed joint administration of all their cases under a single case number under the lead Debtor, Mount Vernon Monetary Management Corp., Chapter 11 Case No. 10-23053 (RDD), and as such, all Bankruptcy Court documents will be filed and may be reviewed under that case number.
